    Yuzu is an Asian citrus fruit known for its intense aroma. It is used very frequently in Japanese cuisine, where it adds a tart and fragrant flavor reminiscent of grapefruit with a hint of mandarin. The brewery managed to source dried yuzu peel directly from a producer in the Land of the Rising Sun. They used the peel to flavor a balanced 18-month-old lambic, and the result is perfect for warm summer days: fruity, slightly tart, and very refreshing.
